In our view the Seaward Apollo 400+ is the best value downloadable PAT tester currently available. It's the only PAT tester in this price range with a full QWERTY keyboard and colour display making it fast and easy to use. The Apollo 400+ is built on the same proven hardware platform as the other testers in Seaward’s Apollo range. It carries out the same electrical safety tests as the Seaward Apollo 500+ and Apollo 600+ models, but a few of the nonessential features such as the built in camera and risk assessment tool have been dropped leaving a no-nonsense great value PAT tester.
